She was very attentive to my inquiries and promptly documented my requests to pass on to the reporting doctor, explaining the follow-up steps and even assisting me with a booking. The technician who performed my ultrasound was equally kind; she conducted the examinations efficiently and shared informative insights about any findings. She made me feel comfortable and was very courteous. The facility itself was warm and maintained a high level of professionalism. Overall, the team is incredibly friendly and professional.

The facility exuded warmth and professionalism. The team was friendly and dedicated.
The receptionist was quite unfriendly, not even acknowledging me or the client before me. The other staff members were friendly, but this one needs customer service training or the company risks losing clients because of her demeanor. I also wonder if her attitude is different towards clients of different backgrounds.
This was a frightening experience. I went in for a blood test that was supposed to be sent off immediately. However, the test was performed on Saturday but not sent until Monday. After previously receiving an inaccurate result from another clinic, I couldn’t afford to wait for this service to sort itself out. I went to the emergency department and received an accurate result right away. Later, I received a call from a doctor with an inaccurate result, which could have been life-threatening had it been correct. The emergency staff were not only helpful but also promptly analyzed my blood test, which was critical in my case. I urge everyone to support the local health service where competence is provided at no cost, unlike the experience I had here.
My husband and I recently received our COVID and flu vaccinations on separate days. We were both very satisfied with how easily we could book the procedures, how efficiently they were carried out, and how friendly the staff were. They were also very understanding when we had to reschedule my husband's vaccinations due to health issues.
I booked a private appointment expecting better service and clearer results, but I was mistaken. The sonographer was not welcoming; when I asked questions, she insisted on focusing on the scan. After the scan, I inquired about the clarity of the results, and she assured me it was clear. However, the report later stated that they couldn’t see much due to gas in my stomach. Why not inform me during the scan? I feel like I wasted money, and now I will attend my appointment with the public health service, which advised me not to eat six hours before the scan—information I wasn’t given here. I won't use this service again.
