She was very attentive to my inquiries and promptly documented my requests to pass on to the reporting doctor, explaining the follow-up steps and even assisting me with a booking. The technician who performed my ultrasound was equally kind; she conducted the examinations efficiently and shared informative insights about any findings. She made me feel comfortable and was very courteous. The facility itself was warm and maintained a high level of professionalism. Overall, the team is incredibly friendly and professional.
