If I could rate them negatively, I would. About a year and a half ago, I was exploring moving options and requested a quote. That was a huge mistake. Shortly after, my moving plans were canceled, and despite my repeated explanations to the representatives calling me, they kept reaching out. I ended up ignoring their calls for months, as they were incessant. I pleaded with them to remove my number from their list and even blocked three different numbers associated with the service. Yet the calls persisted. I emailed them to request removal from all lists since I had no plans to move, but received no reply. Now, they call me three times a week, hanging up before I can answer. It’s incredibly frustrating. Just today, they called and hung up twice in three minutes. When I called back, I expressed my frustration and demanded they remove my number, only to be told by a representative that she had no control over that and she hung up. This situation is driving me crazy. Avoid giving them your contact information, even for a simple quote. It’s my personal nightmare.
