Despite being told I would only pay for the volume shipped, there were no provisions for collecting for a smaller shipment. The original driver agreed to a volume of 85 cuft ($550) less than the estimate, but despite my repeated attempts, I received no credit. I discussed my address on Google Earth with the sales team and was assured there would be no delivery issues. However, two days before delivery, I was informed it would cost an extra $500 for a shuttle due to access issues with their large truck. How many residential areas can they really access with such a large vehicle? Once the pickup was completed, reaching administrative support was impossible. I advise steering clear of this service!
