-The estimate was completley wrong. Not even close. They lock you in with a low offer and then raise the price holding your goods hostage. -Items were lost and damaged totaling $500. They company is not responding to e-mails about it. - Delievery date was off by weeks.- Hidden fees and post contract fees!! at the time of delivery, they charged all these additional hidden fees and threatened to keep your goods if you don't pay.
