I schedule my pickup for May 31,2025 They came sunday after the original pickup time, which was 8am-12pm.THey didnt get there until after 3pm. So when the driver came to my house everything was fine until I showed him what was going on the truck. As i was telling him what to move he stated that i would be charged extra. So i ask him how much extra will it cost. He started getting an attitude and got mad because i ask a question about how much it would cost. SO i reach out to the rep and she ask the same question. HE got mad and stated that he is about to leave. I told him to do what he has to do. i called the company and told them i dont trust him to move my things. Then Rachel gets an attitude siding with the driver. i told her i would like my refund from my deposit. She stated that the refund for the deposit will not be refunded. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOU. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!IM reporting them to the credit bureau..... THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE CORPORATE NUMBER EITHER...
