If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. About a year and a half ago, I was exploring various moving options and submitted my number for a quote. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After my moving plans were canceled, I repeatedly informed the representatives who kept calling me. As months went by, I simply ignored their calls, which became increasingly annoying due to their frequency. I even pleaded with them to remove me from their list and blocked three different numbers related to the service. Despite reaching out via email to request removal from all call lists since I have no intention of moving, I received no response. Now, I receive calls three times a week, and they hang up before I can answer. It’s incredibly frustrating. Just today, they called me and hung up twice within three minutes. When I called back, I expressed my extreme annoyance and demanded that my number be removed, but the representative claimed she had no authority and hung up on me. This situation is driving me crazy. Avoid sharing your contact information, even for a quick quote. It feels like my personal nightmare.
