This is a terrible company you cannot trust. I lost everything I have done for 20 years as I trusted this company. Then one day there was an issue and my site was down. I tried to login to their site and was somehow locked out. No big deal right just call and get back in and submit a ticket. We'll they had no phone lines for 2 weeks, and there was literally no way to speak to them unless you submit a ticket, but you have to be logged in. Which I couldn't, so I was stuck with no one I could contact as they literally had no phones! What kind of a hosting company leaves you in the lurch like that! I had to abandon everything and go immediately to godaddy (which I didn't want to). But they were the fastest who could get my site back up! So screw Midphase, they are a horrible company and do not go there!
