Review Time
I have been a Midphase customer fo 16 yrs for web and email hosting. Sincer making changes to their system I have not been able to log into my acct or send or receive emails. This has killed my business. The only way to attempt to reach support is by starting a ticket which goes no where. They have abandoned their phone support and they do not respond to email inquiries other than the initial auto-confirmation email. They are still charging my credit card however while they hold my domain hostage. Do yourself a favor and use a company that yruely cares about custpmer service, because even after being a loyal customer for 16 yrs they couldn't care less.
I went online chat - wasn't exactly sure what was happening some emails were being returned as mail delivery failed - some went through - the tech Maher figured it out - fixed the mx record and check to make sure rest is in order. It's great to have a liver person 24x7 chat for technical help - very grateful!!
They were supportive, but we could have reached a solution sooner if my needs as client were fully understood and advocated for. The first solution proposed was sound and satisfactory, I was supported in the implementation, and then they told me that they make a mistake and guided me wrong, so we would had to revert the solution given. When I accepted the reversal, they make some consultation and got the original solution going anyway, so they could had gotten there from the very beggining.
