All my sites are down. I am locked out of my account. IP access to cpanel is blocked because the new 2 stage authentication relies on cookies that get removed when cache is cleared .The support team is great but the authentication has proven buggy and it is a poor design. A good design would force an alternate email backup address to avoid problems like mine. I can't call, phones are down, I can't chat because I can't authenticate.I'm ready to end a 15 year relationship with midrange
