I purchased hosting on 5/7/23. I still have no access. I'm using Cloud Flare as my Domain Registrar. I had to put a ticket in (#20338540) to get a response asking where my ticket was in process. That was on 5/20. I got one response but no more and today is 5/25. You guys should be reaching out every other day and explaining where you are in the process and what the ETA is going to be. If I do not have an ETA by in the morning (5/25/23), I'm going to cancel and get a refund. And the sad thing is I've used Midphase off and on for 15 years and have NEVER had this kind of problem. I've sent people to you guys as often as I could because I thought it was a good company. No longer.
