Following on from Part 2....-------------------------------------------------------------13. This entire process continually wasted my life for several months. Midphase repeatedly made mistakes, were aggressive in their responses, refused to provide clarity, and ultimately ignored my consent. There were huge delays in responses from customer service and that’s when they weren’t just completely ignoring me. At one stage, Midphase seemed to exist only to create problems which they would then completely fail to deal with or resolve adequately. Midphase seemed incapable of apologising for any of their conduct. It’s always: “we’re sorry for how you feel” rather than: “we’re sorry for our conduct”. Midphase are incapable of any humility.14. During these months, Midphase removed my website from being live and posted a message that to any outsider made my business look as if it was somehow at fault and caused embarrassment. I’ve repeated this point as I believe it is unforgivable for a company to do this to a business partner or customer.15. Midphase’s parent company is THG Ingenuity Cloud Services (previously the UK2 Group), which owns a number of other website hosting companies. If you check the Trust Pilot reviews and Facebook pages of any of these companies, you will see people complaining about migration issues and some of the other issues I’ve raised.16. I believe that Midphase does not deserve to be in business. At a certain point, I realised that I could no longer bring myself to keep generating profit for Midphase’s owners by allowing them to retain my business. Midphase treat their customers with contempt and their conduct is highly questionable at best. I advise anyone reading this to think very carefully before beginning any association with THG. After researching alternative options, I found another company that ticked all the boxes and they’ve been a dream to work with so far.EXTRAA month after Midphase partially refunded me and allegedly closed my account, I have received e-mails stating: “We are writing to inform you that you have exceeded the storage limit on your service Essential Hosting. Please note that you have 14 days from today to review your storage requirements and upgrade your plan accordingly. If no action is taken within this period, your service may continue to be automatically extended and billed accordingly.”So even though I no longer have an account, Midphase continue to mess with my existence.MIDPHASE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS
