Great products but even better customer service that goes above and beyond expectations when issues arise that are not their fault.Very strong winds broke my umbrella pole when the umbrella was partially open (I wasn't home to close it before the very strong winds). Midtown umbrella sent me a new lower pole piece for free, even when they didn't need to cover it for free!Loyal customer with deeper loyalty now. Companies show their true colors when problems arise and they exceeded any expectations. Thank you Midtown Umbrellas!
