I was there with my two kiddos with a birthday party .I paid $30 a piece for the wristbands. They wanted to do rock climbing but no one was at the gate. I went inside to inquire why and was told that it was shut down. There was no sign to let people know that it was out of order. I then asked for golf balls to do put- put instead and I was informed that their wrist bands had expired.I purchased them on my own and did not get them with the birthday party group. So, I had to pay an additional $14 for that. I couldn't believe since we had already paid and was unable to do all of the activities included they would accommodate but no!So unprofessional. Sad thing is, we live right up the street and wanted to make this place an outing for the kiddos over the summer but no thanks. I will not be returning!
