Midway lost my order. I paid for 2 day shipping and was provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS does not have the tracking number on file.
When I called midway to find out the status of my order I spoke with 3 different agents. Each of the agents had a different answer about my order. The first agent claimed it was processed and waiting in the warehouse. The second agent claimed it had already shipped out and UPS had not updated yet. The third agent said it shipped but could still be in the warehouse.
UPS updates tracking information every time the package leaves or enters a new location, the update is instant.
They had told me my order was still in the warehouse yet refused to cancel the order and refund my money. They said I had to receive the package first then send it back only then would they process the cancelation.
I do not want to do business with this company and they refuse to cancel my order, before it ships.
I was charged and paid for 2 day shipping. At the end of day 1 it is still sitting in the warehouse. I was not given the service I paid for, and they are unwilling to do anything to correct the issue.
I will never use this company for purchases again.
