This is the most incompetent service I have ever encountered. I ordered a nearly $1k firearm to be shipped to my local dealer. They claimed to have contacted my dealer once, but there was no communication. I reached out to the support team multiple times via email and phone with no response. Ultimately, they canceled my order. This has been a frustrating experience. I would advise against doing business with them.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE!!! I placed an order on January 2nd, just one state away from the company. It was supposed to arrive by the 9th, but there was no delivery. The date changed to the 10th, still no delivery. The package has bounced around my state, showing no movement as of the 14th. When I contacted them, they offered NO SOLUTION, claiming it was my issue since it left their facility. They are quick to take my money but provide no assistance in getting my order. If they are veterans, they are a disgrace to both veterans and the community. DO NOT BUY; THIS IS A WARNING.
Midway engages in a shipping game... offering free shipping over a certain amount. However, all free shipments are delayed for days before being handed to the shipper. Shippers have become wise to this, indicating they are "waiting on the item". The reason I say they are playing a game is that Midway has a modern shipping warehouse. These items could be picked and shipped right away, providing genuine customer value... instead, they delay in hopes of getting customers to pay for premium shipping. Additionally, there is NO military discount, despite claims of service. There are other options for purchasing where customers are treated more fairly.
I purchased items on December 14th and was charged for additional shipping insurance. They shipped the package through UPS, which was reported delivered on December 18th, but I never received it. I reported this to UPS and also contacted them via email. Their response was to file a claim with the insurance provider, which was denied initially. I was caught in a loop with claims and denials, and their customer service offered no help. This neglect and avoidance of responsibility are unacceptable for any business. Very disappointing, especially after being a customer for over 17 years.
This company is a scam. I bought a high-end item advertised as having only cosmetic defects, but it turned out to have a major flaw—the batteries wouldn't hold a charge. I exchanged it, only to encounter the same issue again. Clearly, they lack quality control. Customer service promised a new unit, but later said they could only send a replacement battery, which is ridiculous for a sealed unit. This experience has made it clear that they do not stand by their promises. This was my first and last purchase from them.
I ordered from another company and waited two weeks without shipment. I canceled that order and chose this service instead. My order shipped almost immediately, and I received it just a few days later. Fantastic experience. Thank you for making it in time for Christmas!
I have had no issues other than slow shipping. After placing an order, it took over 12 hours for a shipping label to be created. They then claimed it shipped, but it took another 24 hours for the carrier to receive the package. Their claims of quick shipping are misleading.
I got half of my order today, and I'm very disappointed. It seems I either received an item that was previously returned or opened by the shipper, as parts were missing. I tried contacting them but faced a technical error when submitting my request. Their customer service hours are inconvenient for those of us who work during the day. After finally reaching someone, I felt treated poorly, as if I were lying about the missing parts. I will not purchase from them again.
