Repeated Repairs but No Resolution

I bought a dishwasher in April 2024, and it has failed five times with the same error code while still under warranty. The company keeps fixing the same problem instead of replacing the defective unit. Customer service initially promised to escalate the issue after multiple failures, but their Quality Assurance Team keeps closing the case and sends it back for another repair. This has resulted in weeks without a working dishwasher, added household expenses, and major inconvenience for my family. Extremely disappointing experience from what was supposed to be a premium appliance brand.
