This has been the most terrible experience. I would advise staying away from these rude and negligent professionals. I ordered an electronic device on their website and paid for installation. Their staff literally spent 30 seconds at my home and rushed out the door. Now, the company expects me to finish the installation myself by reading the manual. The service was appalling, and the communication was very rude. I strongly recommend avoiding them!
