After ordering a tumble dryer on August 4th, it still hadn’t been delivered by August 26th. Four rescheduled delivery dates came and went, requiring someone to be home each time, only to be let down. I called customer service multiple times, waiting 45 minutes today only to learn the item was in stock but not available for delivery. There was no communication about previous cancellations. This service has been absolutely unacceptable, leading me to cancel the order and seek alternatives.
