We invested in this brand, drawn in by claims of durability. However, in under four years, both appliances have failed. To make matters worse, they charge exorbitant fees just to assess the issue and immediately try to sell you a video call for further troubleshooting. The build quality is disappointing, and the customer service has been the worst I've experienced. You would be better off purchasing a cheaper brand, as repair costs are higher than simply replacing the appliance.
