The baskets of my dishwasher have started to rust after just 10 years, which is quite disappointing. My previous dishwasher lasted 15 years with no issues. When I reached out to customer support, I was told it might be my fault due to scratching or using non-approved cleaning products. This explanation feels unreasonable unless the company admits a drop in production standards. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service response.
