The baskets of my dishwasher have started to rust after only 10 years, which is quite disappointing. My previous dishwasher lasted 15 years with no issues. When I contacted customer support, I was told the issue might be due to my handling or using non-approved cleaning products. This reasoning seems unreasonable unless the company acknowledges a decline in their production standards. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service response.
