The company requested an independent electrician's report regarding the fire, which we paid for. The electrician confirmed that the problem was with the appliance, not the socket, and emphasized the danger involved. They then wanted to send their own technician, who also verified that the fault lay with the appliance. Two months have gone by without a functioning dishwasher, and I've had to follow up multiple times. The company has finally offered a 20% discount on a new appliance but can't provide one before Christmas, despite my efforts to get a response. It's a complete mess. It seems the company does not prioritize safety, and their once-reliable premium brand reputation has diminished.
