Hoover is absolutely rubbish, not the machines made like they use too. I am absolutely positive that I will never purchase another Miele appliance. Customer service is terrible. Your price points are so high, we as consumers deserve better service from both the machine and the customer service agents. C**l was my customer service agent. Terrible. Unprofessional kept saying cool. And so repetitive. Miele is not the company that it once was, I will never purchase an appliance from them again.
