If I could rate 0 stars, that’s what they would receive. I have an oven that has been great for the past 12 years, but now it’s losing heat while cooking. After having two technicians come out in December, the issue remains unresolved. I called again on December 30, was told a manager would call me within 24 hours, but I never received that call. I waited on the phone for 55 minutes on December 31, only to be told that the scheduling team would contact me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but was informed that it was not their responsibility. I will never buy from this brand again due to their lack of customer service.
