The warranty is completely ineffective

The warranty is completely ineffective. They are unable to schedule a service appointment for me. The dryer has never functioned correctly. I will not purchase from this brand again.

Disappointing purchase experience

I purchased a tumbler dryer and went to collect it from the warehouse, but there was no dryer available. There was no apology or communication from the company, and I could only reach someone in another country. Eventually, they sent a replacement to the warehouse, but charged me another $1900! The customer service was appalling, and I am thoroughly disappointed.

Awful customer support

Injury while using the telescopic brush

I used the vacuum today, which I have owned for a while, but it was previously used by someone else. When I tried to adjust the telescopic brush, it wouldn’t move. I looked for online tips, but none of the videos showed how to adjust it back to its original position. The online manual was unhelpful, and I couldn't find the online support. After struggling for ten minutes, the head moved suddenly, causing a significant cut on my finger. The vacuum may function well, but if adjustable parts don’t easily adjust, it renders the product quite ineffective. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with physical challenges.

If I could rate 0 stars, that’s what they would receive. I have an oven that has been great for the past 12 years, but now it’s losing heat while cooking. After having two technicians come out in December, the issue remains unresolved. I called again on December 30, was told a manager would call me within 24 hours, but I never received that call. I waited on the phone for 55 minutes on December 31, only to be told that the scheduling team would contact me. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but was informed that it was not their responsibility. I will never buy from this brand again due to their lack of customer service.

Extremely dissatisfied

The service department is entirely incompetent. My three-year-old oven has not functioned for three months. I waited weeks for a technician, only to be told he couldn’t help because he needed assistance to lift the oven out. The service department was aware of the oven model but ignored this fact. A wasted visit. Appointments have been postponed multiple times, and with Christmas approaching, I am very unhappy.

Service and support are non-existent

I have several appliances from this brand and until recently, I could only praise their support service. I have been trying to get my washing machine and dryer repaired. I waited at home for the repair person, only to be informed that they were sick. I have been unable to reschedule despite numerous calls and emails. The call center staff are polite, but there is no follow-up! They promise a callback in 24 hours, but nothing happens. Until this company can resolve their complete lack of service and support, I will consider other brands. I am very disappointed.

Poor service experience in Perth

I have a dishwasher that is about three years old and has been performing well. However, I recently encountered a fault and called for service. The earliest someone could come was in four weeks! After several calls to expedite the service, I was informed that they only have one technician whose schedule is managed remotely. If you need service, buying a new machine may be less stressful.

Avoid online purchases

Avoid buying from this company online. While the products are good, the customer service and delivery are terrible. When ordering online, you can select a delivery date, but it doesn't mean anything. After receiving a confirmation email stating they would contact me about delivery, I heard nothing. On the expected delivery date, I had to call, only to find out the machines hadn’t even been dispatched. We waited for delivery for four days, and they never followed up as promised.

Three-week wait for washing machine repair

I waited three weeks for my washing machine to be repaired while it was still under warranty. A technician came out, but it still didn’t work. I called again and waited 40 minutes only to be told someone would call me back, which I am still waiting for.
