Extremely dissatisfied

The service department is entirely incompetent. My three-year-old oven has not functioned for three months. I waited weeks for a technician, only to be told he couldn’t help because he needed assistance to lift the oven out. The service department was aware of the oven model but ignored this fact. A wasted visit. Appointments have been postponed multiple times, and with Christmas approaching, I am very unhappy.
