My washing machine has been to your service center four times for paid repairs, and I still haven't received any results. My machine won't take detergent. During these four shipments, the casing of my washing machine was scratched, and the shock absorbers broke. When the machine starts, the shock absorbers cause the drum to shake excessively and make noise. My family and I have used MIELE products for years. We've relied on your customer satisfaction. However, after this recent experience, I will definitely not recommend you to anyone, either myself or my close circle. Furthermore, due to these inconveniences, I request a replacement for my damaged machine.
