The customer service experience has been truly unacceptable. After paying a significant amount for a service, I was informed that the payment had not gone through due to a system error. Despite being told it was their fault, I received a debt collection notice with additional charges. After numerous calls, I was told I still owed the original amount, which I paid, but was promised the extra charge would be resolved. Months later, the issue resurfaced, and after another lengthy call with no solution, I was advised to pay the charge to regain access to my account. This has been incredibly stressful, and I strongly advise against using this service.
