Absolutely awful, unconscionable customer "service". We purchased a T1 Excellence eco ventless dryer. It never worked from Day 1 of installation - a plinth filter error would not allow us to run the dryer. We called Miele and scheduled warranty service. After the service company replaced the filter, which fixed the persistent errors, we received a bill. Miele told us that the filter is not covered under warranty even though it was defective from the beginning. All correspondence with the company was characterized with responses along the lines of "we are very sorry for your experience but go pound sand." They do not stand behind their products and I will never purchase another Miele appliance. Just read the litany of reviews on this site.
