I am writing this as a final warning to anyone thinking of using this service. They have held my funds for over six months, and their customer service seems designed to frustrate users. My account was blocked without a clear reason, and they suggested I request a chargeback, which is completely unreasonable. My bank refused, stating it's a dispute with the service, not fraud. The chargeback window has now expired, yet they continue to hold my funds illegally! They ignore evidence and offer no real solutions. If you deposit here, be aware you may never see your money again. There’s no effective complaints process, just delays and silence. I'm now escalating this to financial regulators.
