I have a fully verified account and completed card verification. I received confirmation from the service that I could withdraw funds to my card. Initially, I attempted to withdraw using a Visa card and bank transfer, but those attempts were rejected without clear explanations. After verifying a Mastercard, I was informed that withdrawals to this card were now allowed, yet my request has still not been processed.
My account is fully verified, and I successfully completed card verification. I received an official email from the service stating I could withdraw funds to this card. Before attempting Mastercard, I tried withdrawals via Visa and bank transfer, all of which were denied without clear explanations. After verifying a Mastercard, I received confirmation that withdrawals were enabled. Despite this, my withdrawal request remains unprocessed.
I am writing this as a final warning to anyone thinking of using this service. They have held my funds for over six months, and their customer service seems designed to frustrate users. My account was blocked without a clear reason, and they suggested I request a chargeback, which is completely unreasonable. My bank refused, stating it's a dispute with the service, not fraud. The chargeback window has now expired, yet they continue to hold my funds illegally! They ignore evidence and offer no real solutions. If you deposit here, be aware you may never see your money again. There’s no effective complaints process, just delays and silence. I'm now escalating this to financial regulators. Don't make the same mistake I did; choose a reliable payment provider.
