While looking to buy a set of Bluetooth earbuds, my research indicated that Mifo was technically superior at a great price, compared to the exorbitant prices of some of the big names.But when researching a product I always look into the company's reputation for after sales service, as well as the technical capability.But two sites gave me something of a shock:TRUSTPILOTPRODUCT REVIEWSo I wrote to Mifo support asking for their comments on the the vast number of negative reviews. To their credit I received a response within a couple of hours. My 4 star rating is for speed and detail of response. Here is their reply:------------------------Our website is listed as one of the authorized distributors of Mifo Products and we provide the full manufacturer’s warranty for 1-year in all purchases made in our store. Unlike the other stores that only have a 30-day warranty. Often unauthorized vendors will try to "dropship" from China. Hence, the price difference. Please purchase only from our website at mifo dot com dot au or from the authorized sellers linked from the 'Where to Buy' section of our website.With regard to some negative reviews, people have different views and opinions on our products and we respect that. Here at Mifo, we aim to provide our customers with good service and enjoyment of our product. The only two authorised resellers listed for Australia are mifo.com.au and Amazon.
