Mifo 5 gen 3. Terrible connection via Bluetooth. Average sound quality at best. Cuts out and volume goes up and down. Syncing with streaming apps so bad it becomes unwatchable.
Really, really bad quality in every respect.

Want to return an unopened productCannot do the return. It said to use bubblechat to correspond with the company, there is none. Nor is there an email address.Would advise anyone not to purchase from this company.I have a product that is not wanted and I am out of pocket because of this company.

Worst service I have ever received!

Worst service I have ever received!! Ordered the headphones on 6th October with plenty of time to arrive by 27th . After not arriving I sent 3 emails with no response! Finally received response saying they will look into it . Days passed and no follow up or update . 2 emails later , no headphones and no response . They have taken the money and should be disgusted with themselves !

Order was placed on 29 Sep with a 3-5 delivery period. I have had no update on where it is since 16 October. They have stopped answering my emails. Do not buy from this company. They shouldn't be selling products that they can't deliver on. Their 2.8 rating speaks for itself.

Extremely poor sound quality

Extremely poor sound quality. Cheap, nasty tone, constant beeping for no reason and limited bluetooth connectivity. Customer service has been poor: I have emailed several times and after receiving some advice about resetting - which I tried - I have had no response to my last three emails requesting a refund. Avoid earbuds and company.

I ordered but didn’t get an email…

I ordered but didn’t get an email confirmation for over a week. During that time I emailed to say please cancel the order and process a refund. They ignored this until the headphones were finally delivered when they emailed back to suggest I try the headphones and keep them. They have given 0 detail on how to return them and I assume are waiting for the 14 days to pass so it falls outside of the returns policy time.

delivery time was fantastic

delivery time was fantastic. But when i was researching ear buds with the best bass, this company came up well.I think the sound is rubbish, i have gone back to my samsung ear buds.£100 wasted.

The memory foam tips as will simply not fit onto the buds & are thus worse than useless since I didn

I have awarded the two stars on the basis of the ordering process & speed of delivery although the amount of packaging is a bit overkill imho. Unfortunately the tips themselves are totally unfit for purpose & so no five star reviews unlike for the sound quality & construction of the buds themselves.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Requested a refund and advised 20% taken for restocking! they received item on 9 October and still awaiting a refund, it is now 20 October and despite my complaints and taken to Resolver, still no refund.
