I wish I could give zero stars. I decided to purchase earbuds from this company after seeing a tech review that rated them 4.7 out of 5. Foolishly, I took this as a trustworthy indicator. I didn’t do further research online. I still haven’t received the earbuds, and every inquiry I make is met with the same empty response: "we are looking into it, thanks for your patience." Avoid ordering from these dishonest individuals.
