This is a fraudulent company DO NOT BUY. $199 headphones didn’t work. Contacted customer service several times by email. Initially they responded but a month later they have ignored all further follow up. No one responds to their online chat but they pretend they’ll be with you in 5 minutes. You’ll still be there a day later!
This company is a scam I bought a pair of earbuds they told me they hadn't any stock and would ship in a week or so they working hard getting orders out managed to get the order cancelled ingore all requests askung where my refund is lost 150 dollars lesson learnt the hard way ... definitely dont buy from them all 5 star reviews are Fake !!!
Constant skipping/drop out of music when running. They headphones will randomly turn off at time making it impossible to use for calls. Contacted the company and they refused a refund or replacement. Price is attractive but the product is not

Then they requested photos and a video to confirm I was connecting it properly. After that, I was directed to review the terms and conditions of my purchase. Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether. It’s clear there’s a lack of customer support, no return policy, and no warranty for defective products. This experience has highlighted the need for consumer protection when dealing with this questionable company. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.
I truly can't understand how the company justifies the price for this product. The build quality feels subpar, the sound is flat and lacks depth, and the connection drops if you even slightly move your head. The battery life is erratic — one earbud dies randomly, and it's a hassle to identify which one. The controls are awkward and unresponsive, pairing is a tedious process every time, and the case seems poorly designed. For something advertised as premium, it performs worse than inexpensive earbuds I've tried before. Customer support? Almost nonexistent. Their responses are slow, vague, and not helpful, which only adds to the frustration. Overall, the company has managed to combine mediocre performance, poor usability, and a lot of frustration into one disappointing package. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone — there are far superior options available for a much lower price.

There’s a good reason why, when I searched for the best noise-canceling headphones, this product came up on top. The noise cancellation is exceptional. These headphones are comfortable to wear, especially compared to another well-known, pricier brand that causes discomfort over time. I often wear them for hours, so comfort is crucial. The AI voice is cheerful when turning on and sounds sad when shutting off—quite amusing! I highly recommend this product.
