If I could rate this lower, I would. I decided to purchase earbuds from this company after seeing a tech review that rated them 4.7 out of 5. Unfortunately, I took this at face value and didn't do further research. I still haven't received the earbuds, and every time I reach out, I get the same empty reply: "we are looking into it, thanks for your patience." I strongly advise against ordering from this untrustworthy seller.
