I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive in 3 days and pre-ordered another for mid-January. When my product didn't arrive and I didn't receive an email notification about the delivery, I reached out to customer support. It was shocking to find out that there was no record of my order, even though I had received a confirmation email and order number after payment. I can't understand how this could happen if I was issued a unique order number. The support team refused to place my order again and insisted I create a new account to make another purchase, which seemed absurd since they were going to refund me anyway. It has taken over a month and several follow-up emails just to initiate the refund process, and now I can't even buy the original product I wanted because it's no longer available. Overall, a frustrating experience that has wasted my time, and I will not be returning.
