We had a similar experience with the 60-inch pre-lit Christmas wreath. What arrived was just an 11-inch piece of junk. They offered us a discount on a future purchase, but we will never buy from these scammers again! We plan to file complaints with the relevant authorities. They refuse to refund our money.
