This is a total scam. I ordered a 4’x4’ lighted Christmas bow for outdoor decoration but received a tiny 4” bow that looks like it came from a dollar store, complete with lights. I paid $39.00 for this. They offered me a 40% credit on my next purchase, but that's not happening. Buyers should be cautious—if something looks too good to be true, it's better to search for it locally. I'll definitely be checking locations and reviews from now on.
We had a similar experience with the 60-inch pre-lit Christmas wreath. What arrived was just an 11-inch piece of junk. I wish I could rate them lower - they are a scam. The 60" pre-lit Christmas wreath I received was just a 15" printed cardboard sheet with holes for fairy lights. The advertisement showed a large wreath made of mesh fabric on a metal frame. Instead, it was just a piece of cardstock and a cheap set of lights, far from what was advertised. When I asked for a refund, they offered me 30% off my next order! I am currently fighting with my payment service for a full refund. I hope this company gets banned from all platforms.
I had the same experience as others have described. I was fortunate to find out this company is infamous for false advertising. The product shown was of a large wreath with many lights. I canceled my order within 5 hours, but received threatening emails indicating that if I didn’t accept their offer, it would be detrimental. They kept trying to convince me to accept offers. I insisted on canceling, yet they continued to harass me over the past month, claiming they would ship regardless. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and provided timestamped evidence. Today, a ridiculous wreath arrived, just as others described. This is fraud, and I am filing complaints with various authorities. Please avoid this company at all costs!
The model engine kit I received was just a plastic toy and arrived very late. I cannot believe the audacity of the company. Their support page wanted $5 to connect with an assistant for help. Fortunately, I used my payment service for the purchase. Hopefully, I can get a refund for this worthless item.
