I ordered a 60” pre-lit Christmas wreath and had the original pictures from the website. When it finally arrived, it measured only 11” and was not pre-lit. The representative gave me the same excuse as others that this was what I ordered and would not provide a refund. I sent pictures and all the order information. I quickly realized this was a scam. I keep emailing them to express my frustration. I hope others do not fall victim.
