Once the team recognized that my sauna blanket was missing, they quickly issued a full refund without any issues. They also apologized for the delay and the frustration it caused. It did take a few emails and follow-ups, but I ultimately got the support I needed. I ordered a sauna blanket on December 13th, but it still hasn't arrived.
