Once the team realized my sauna blanket hadn’t arrived, they promptly issued a full refund without any hassle. They also apologized for the delay and the frustration it caused. It took several emails and follow-ups, but I ultimately received the support I needed. I placed my order for a sauna blanket on December 13th, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Update December 18: Customer service finally responded to my emails the day after I posted this review (which I suspect is not a coincidence!) and issued a full refund without needing me to return the heating pad, which I appreciated. Thus, I am raising my score from 1 star to 3 stars. However, I won’t go higher since it shouldn’t require multiple emails and a negative review to get a company to act correctly! Original review: I was quite disappointed. I purchased a sauna blanket last year that didn’t work, but they responded quickly to my return request. Last month, I bought a heated back pad and (a) it doesn’t work (it lights up red when charging, then turns green when fully charged, but the button does nothing, and it lacks the touch screen shown in their social media videos); and (b) they don’t reply to emails and there’s no phone number. I have no idea how to return this item. Their website states a 30-day return policy, but how can I return it without an online form and no response to my emails? I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing, as it seems this has happened to others too.
Stay away! First, the zipper broke, and they sent a replacement. That one had faulty electrics. I then opted for a refund, which they agreed to, but it has now been 3 months and I still haven’t received it! They have stopped replying to my emails. I had to involve my bank to resolve this. It feels like a scam product. Their phone number is also not working. I’ve reported them to Consumer Services, and my bank is going through Visa to recover my money. I’m shocked they continue to advertise this product. Do not purchase this item, as getting a refund will be a hassle, and based on other reviews and my experience, the product is faulty.
I’ve had my blanket for over 10 months and it started having minor heating issues. I reached out to the support team and received a prompt reply. Without even asking, they informed me they would send a new blanket, even responding to emails at 8:30 PM!
