Update December 18: Customer service finally responded to my emails the day after I posted this review (which I suspect is not a coincidence!) and issued a full refund without needing me to return the heating pad, which I appreciated. Thus, I am raising my score from 1 star to 3 stars. However, I won’t go higher since it shouldn’t require multiple emails and a negative review to get a company to act correctly! Original review: I was quite disappointed. I purchased a sauna blanket last year that didn’t work, but they responded quickly to my return request. Last month, I bought a heated back pad and (a) it doesn’t work (it lights up red when charging, then turns green when fully charged, but the button does nothing, and it lacks the touch screen shown in their social media videos); and (b) they don’t reply to emails and there’s no phone number. I have no idea how to return this item. Their website states a 30-day return policy, but how can I return it without an online form and no response to my emails? I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing, as it seems this has happened to others too.
