After my blanket melted and the company failed to respond to my attempts to resolve the issue, I decided to escalate by cc'ing anyone I could think of to get their attention since I was being ignored.Weeks later, I finally received this response:> "Hi Ash,I appreciate your absolutely hilarious attempt to cc whoever you could think of, as I had a great time showing the staff today; always good for a laugh to start the day!I've issued a refund on your order, and you'll receive a refund notification shortly. Please do not contact us again moving forward.Take care :)"Honestly, it made me laugh too, but needless to say, this isn’t a company I’d ever buy from again.
