I deducted two stars because my refund for a return wasn’t processed until I followed up myself. Other reviews mention this issue, indicating it needs to be addressed. The second star was lost due to their refusal to refund my shipping fee as a courtesy for exceeding their refund timeline. Being told it was "only 2 days late" wasn’t satisfactory feedback. Any delays should be unacceptable for a business. Be prepared to follow up on refunds for returns. Aside from that, I would still generally recommend shopping with them!
