Disappointing experience with returns

Purchased a jumper as a Christmas gift, but it was oversized. I requested a return label to exchange it for a smaller size, only to find out that exchanges are not permitted. I was advised to buy a smaller size and return the larger one instead. Later, I was informed that since I bought the jumper in November, I couldn't return it at all. This has been the worst customer service I've encountered from a retailer of designer clothing. I recommend UK customers shop elsewhere!

Order placed for early Christmas gift, but faced major issues

I placed my order on 16th November for a Christmas gift since I had to celebrate early this year. This was just two days before their extended returns policy began. The standard 14-day return policy from the date of receipt is unreasonable, especially since delivery takes almost half that time. It's frustrating that retailers push for Christmas shopping as early as October, yet expect you to start buying until mid-November. Be cautious of this company's strict policies; there's no flexibility, and contacting a representative by phone is nearly impossible! I will not use this service again.

Great Selection, Some Service Concerns

The range of products is impressive, and the prices are excellent, with items that appear authentic. Customer service is efficient. However, I deducted two stars because my refund for a return was not processed until I followed up myself. Other reviews suggest this is a recurring issue needing attention. I also lost another star due to their refusal to refund my shipping fee as a courtesy for exceeding their refund timeline. Being informed it was "only 2 days late" felt inadequate from their representative. Any delays should be taken seriously. Be prepared to follow up on refunds when returning items. Despite these concerns, I still generally recommend shopping with them!

I was initially worried after reading negative reviews, but my order arrived within a few days and was genuine, authentic, and in perfect condition. It was shipped from a local boutique, with no issues. The order was accurate, and I didn't need to return anything, so I can't comment on the return process. It seems to depend on the boutique, but everything was perfect and efficient in this case.

Truly Impressive Experience!

I found the perfect top for my Dad's Christmas gift on a certain website, but after reading some reviews, I was hesitant to place an order. I decided to go for it anyway. I ordered late Wednesday night and received a confirmation message shortly after, assuring me they would notify me when it shipped. The next morning, I learned it was being delivered by express service and would arrive on Monday. However, it actually arrived Friday, and they kept me updated throughout the process, even allowing me to track the driver. For a late Wednesday order, it arrived by Friday lunchtime, coming all the way from Italy. It was well-packaged and in great condition. I just hope it fits, as I may need to return it. Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and despite my initial worries, this has been my best shopping experience for Christmas gifts this year. I'm still waiting on other companies to deliver my orders nearly two weeks later.

Avoid This Company - Wrong Size Sent and No Refund

Avoid this company! I received the wrong size trainers compared to what I ordered. They refuse to return or refund, claiming it falls outside their 14-day return policy. I'm escalating this to Trading Standards. Just don't buy from them!

Damaged Item Received

I ordered a leather bag, but it arrived damaged, likely during shipping. Getting in touch with customer service has been difficult. There's a chatbot that connects you to a representative, but it only worked once. They said they would investigate, but I haven't received any updates since. The chatbot keeps crashing, making it hard to get information.
