The representative came out on January 16th and provided a quote we agreed upon. He mentioned he lacked one item to complete the job but promised to return on Monday the 19th with a call to confirm the time. I waited all day without a word, so I contacted the company, and the response was quite abrupt. To be honest, I found the representative unlikable and felt the quote was overpriced.
