Called today waited 3 hrs for a young man to come was here 1 minute to test aerial . Said needs new aerial and would be 279.00 had 3 previous quotes from 148.00 to 189.00 then said may need new booster but advised only bought it 2 days ago then said there was a call out charge. I could not believe it the website states competitive pricing, No Call out fees etc . They seem to just want your money at highly inflated prices. He then said will need to speak to his mate in van so I went out to them to show the mike Harris website and what it says so they drove off .

While we were pleased with the TV installation, the service felt underwhelming given the high price, suggesting we might explore other options next time.

Nearly a week passed with no one showing up. They couldn't provide a definite arrival time, leaving the customer waiting all day. Three appointments were scheduled, and all three were canceled. The organization was disarrayed, and they seemed indifferent to the poor service. I would never use them again.

I am extremely frustrated with this company. The service was terrible, and I would advise others to steer clear!
