The service was impressively prompt, especially during the holiday season, arriving the day after our request just before Christmas. However, we assumed VAT was included in the quoted price, as it was a residential job, and there was no receipt provided, which felt questionable. We needed a TV set up, cables managed, and a single remote setup. The TV was expertly installed, but the cable management was only partially completed; we were told another hole was necessary, which they couldn't handle. This turned out to be unnecessary, as I easily managed the task myself. Additionally, we ended up with two remotes: one for power and volume and another for everything else. While we were pleased with the TV installation, the service felt underwhelming given the high price, suggesting we might explore other options next time.
